    項(xiàng)目介紹

    EBSD具體分析功能：

    1. 微觀組織分析：晶粒尺寸、均勻性、有沒有孿晶及孿晶的體積分?jǐn)?shù)、再結(jié)晶晶粒及亞晶、晶界特性分析、相鑒定及相分布等；

    2. 取向分析：相鄰晶粒的取向分析、晶粒和相鄰孿晶的取向分析、孿晶及相鄰孿晶的取向分析、織構(gòu)分析、取向差分析。

    原位加熱/拉伸EBSD：拉力最大5kN，室溫~750℃。

    樣品要求

    1. 原位拉伸試樣尺寸如下：

    2. 樣品需導(dǎo)電性良好，不導(dǎo)電的試樣需要噴金或噴碳；

    3. 若需委托制樣，請(qǐng)說明具體制樣方法（目前可以電解拋光、振動(dòng)拋光制樣）；已制好樣的在送樣過請(qǐng)程中注意保護(hù)樣品表面，避免劃傷；

    4. 需要標(biāo)記好測(cè)試面，如需要測(cè)試特殊區(qū)域，請(qǐng)附上SEM照片。
