    項目介紹

    冷凍透射電鏡（Cryo-TEM）主要是利用超低溫冷凍制樣傳輸技術(shù)，將樣品快速冷卻到液氮溫度（-196℃），適用于觀測蛋白、病毒、外泌體、脂質(zhì)體以及生物切片等對溫度敏感的樣品。通過對樣品的冷凍，可以降低電子束對樣品的輻照損傷，不用染色，直接拍攝得到樣品真實形貌。

    樣品要求

    1、液體樣本寄送50-100uL，冰袋/干冰郵寄；

    2、不測揮發(fā)有毒有磁性放射性樣品。

    3、粉末要求5-10mg，分散劑默認是水，粉末粒度不超1um，

    4、 薄膜或塊狀樣品不能直接拍攝，需另行制樣（如離子減薄、包埋切片）。
